Providing a communications and events hub for ex-St. John's College students and staff.
Our mission for the Old Johannian Association is to provide a vehicle for maintaining contacts between all those who have been associated with St. John's College, Southsea.
Our Story
The Old Johannian Association started life shortly after the College started.
Both the College and the Association have subsequently celebrated their respective centenary anniversaries.
With the closure of the College and the 'watershed changes' that have ensued, the Association is determined to carry on the memories and legacies of life at the College.
We are in the process of adjusting to our new position of standing alone without the support of the College. As we do this, we will increasingly be relying on new technology to further our mission and aims and to reach out to the younger element in the now non-existent SJC Alumni group.
